What Happens Before a Container is Sealed
Component Marking
Each steel component receives a project-specific identification label matching the shop drawing number, erection sequence and packing list. This allows site teams to identify and locate every part without guesswork.
Packing & Bundling
Components are grouped by installation sequence. Surfaces are protected against transit damage. Small parts and fasteners are packed in labelled bundles or crates with quantity records.
Container Loading
Containers are loaded optimizing space utilization, weight distribution and unloading order. Heavy members are secured against movement. The loading plan supports logical site erection sequence.
Export Preparation
Packing lists, commercial documents and export paperwork are prepared and coordinated. Shipment status and document handover are communicated to the client and destination team.
