Cutting accuracy, hole position and diameter, assembly dimensions, overall length and squareness checked at each production stage. Final dimensional verification before surface treatment.
Welder qualification verification. Welding procedure specification (WPS) compliance. Visual inspection of all welds. Non-destructive testing (UT/MT/PT) where specified by project requirements.
Blast cleaning grade verification (Sa 2.5 for paint systems). Dry film thickness (DFT) measurement of primer and topcoat. Adhesion testing where required. Galvanizing thickness and appearance check.

Yes. If you have engineering design drawings but need fabrication-level detailing, we can provide structural steel detailing services including 3D modeling, member detailing, connection details, material lists (BOM), shop drawings and erection drawings. Detailing is connected directly to our fabrication 鈥?the drawings we produce are the drawings we manufacture from. This eliminates the gap between detailing office and fabrication shop. If you already have complete shop drawings, we can fabricate directly from them.
For an accurate structural steel component quotation, we need: project country and destination, structural drawings (DWG/DXF/PDF/IFC), BOQ if available, component types (beams, columns, trusses, etc.), total quantity or tonnage, steel grade requirements (Q355B, A36, A572, S355, etc.), applicable design standard (GB, ASTM/AISC, EN, AS), surface treatment requirements (paint system, hot-dip galvanizing), and required delivery schedule. The more complete your drawings and BOQ, the more accurate our quotation will be.
Yes. Every fabricated component is marked with a unique member number corresponding to your erection drawings. We use piece marks, assembly numbers and orientation indicators so your on-site installation team can identify each component and place it in the correct location. Marking is done with durable paint or stamping, and is verified during final inspection before packing. Each container's packing list cross-references member numbers to erection drawings, making on-site assembly efficient.
Structural steel components are packed by assembly group for efficient international shipping. Primary beams and columns are bundled with protective wrapping and member marking. Trusses and bracing are bundled by type. Small items (connection plates, brackets, bolts, fasteners) are boxed with detailed packing lists. Machined surfaces and bolt holes are protected. We optimize container loading to maximize weight and volume utilization. Long members may require open-top or flat-rack containers. Each container has a detailed packing list cross-referenced to erection drawings.
Yes. We provide complete erection drawings including: general arrangement drawings, assembly sequence drawings, connection details, bolt schedules, member location plans, and foundation anchor bolt layouts. These drawings guide your local installation team through the entire erection process. We also provide installation manuals and remote technical support via video call and email. For complex or large projects, we can dispatch engineers to your site for installation supervision and training.
