We also provide fabrication, packing, container loading, export documentation and installation technical guidance. You receive a complete kit ready for your local installation team to assemble.
Not necessarily. If you have structural drawings or a BOQ, we can quote directly from your documents. If you don't have drawings, we can provide a preliminary warehouse design and budget estimate based on your requirements. We need: project country, warehouse dimensions (length × width × eave height), intended use (storage, logistics, distribution), storage height or racking requirements, loading dock needs, and any insulation or climate control requirements.
Yes. We can fabricate your warehouse directly from your existing structural drawings, BOQ and technical specifications. Our engineering team reviews your drawings for fabrication feasibility, then produces shop drawings for production. We work with DWG, DXF, PDF and IFC formats. If your drawings need detailing refinement or connection design, we can handle that as part of the fabrication process. We fabricate according to your specified design standard (GB, ASTM/AISC, EN/Eurocode, AS).

Warehouse components are packed by assembly group for efficient shipping. Primary frames are bundled with component marking, purlins and cladding are packed in protected bundles, and small items (bolts, brackets, accessories) are boxed with detailed packing lists. We optimize container loading to maximize volume and weight utilization, reducing your freight cost. Each container has a packing list cross-referenced to erection drawings. Long roof sheets may require open-top containers, and we plan loading accordingly.
Yes. We provide complete erection drawings including: general arrangement drawings, assembly sequence drawings, connection details, bolt schedules, member location plans, and foundation anchor bolt layouts. These drawings guide your local installation team through the entire erection process. We also provide installation manuals and remote technical support via video call and email. For large or complex warehouses, we can dispatch engineers to site for installation supervision and training. Note: we do not perform on-site construction ourselves.
